AP Projects Obama Has Clinched
According to several news outlets, Barack Obama is projected to have clinched the Democratic Party nomination.
Of course, in reality there hasn't been an actual vote cast by the delegates at this point. But, if the reported tallies do end up being accurate (and the superdelegates do maintain their public and private endorsements) it looks like the process will truly be over.

Even With Church Resignation, Obama Provides Little Substance to Reason
Saturday's announcement that Barack Obama was leaving his church seemed eerily familiar.
A 'policy decision' was made by Obama that lacked a clear, valid explanation. It seemed to have been made using the utmost of emotion, with little to no logic. And it seemed to be a way to an 'ends' without taking into consideration the 'means'. read more »

Obama's Announcement to Leave Trinity United Church of Christ
As reported, Barack Obama has made an announcement that he is now resigning his membership at the ultra-controversial Trinity United Church of Christ of Chicago.
As I see it, this very late-in-the-game maneuver does nothing but put Obama and his supporters, both on your local street corner as well as the liberal media, in the worst of positions. read more »
