Whether we like it or not, judges - specifically federal judges - have greater and greater control over how we live our daily lives. And we have too many liberal judges.

Liberals tend to ignore our Constitution as it was written by our Founding Fathers and work to introduce liberalism into our society via our courtrooms and not our political process.

And liberal judges help them do it.

Obama has stated that he wants judges who will be guided by "that quality of empathy, of understanding and identifying with people's hopes and struggles" - which is liberal code for "personal feelings and opinions", rather than applying our Constitution and laws as they are written.

In nominating Judge Sandra Sotomayor, Obama's found a liberal activist who will do just that.

But now that Obama has made his pick for the US Supreme Court, it's up to us to speak out and let the Senate know how we feel.
