In-state college tuition for illegal aliens?

If Dick Durbin has his way, that's exactly what we'll have, with "legal" taxpayers footing the bill. It's the return of the Dream Act...legislation that would have the federal government mandate that states must make in-state tuition available to illegals. This is the same federal government that can't/won't enforce our borders and says it can't enforce our immigration laws because we don't know who's here illegally.

So we can't enforce our laws...can't round 'em up and deport them...but we can give them taxpayer funded college tuition?!? That's the kind of logic you only get with the government.
