I Propose Moratorium on Complaining About Romney/Ryan

Already I’ve seen social media comments from constitutional conservatives complaining about Romney’s selection of Paul Ryan. It’s a given, no viable candidate can ever meet their standards. I could have predicted it, it would not have mattered who was selected, the VP pick would have taken a vote in favor of the wrong piece of legislation or made an endorsement they didn’t like. So I would like to propose a moratorium on complaining about Romney/Ryan. No candidate who accepts our constitutional positions would be electable anyway. I wish they would be, but with the left wing control of the media, the public teacher’s union focusing more on socialist indoctrination than education and so many of the churches, who should be fighting the rot in our society, meekly going along with liberalism, it just isn’t so. We have much education to do and we need some time to do it.

Think of the alternative, Obama along with his union thug friends, freed from Obama needing to run again, will likely move into full authoritarian mode. Expect conservative radio and internet sites to be shut down. They have already said they want to do this, the mechanism is simple, conservative speech is hate speech in their minds. The courts have ruled hate speech is not protected speech. The government (they will say the public) owns the internet and the airwaves and hate speech is not acceptable on public property. They already have the IRS harassing conservatives, but that’s just the beginning. The only news you will hear by 2015 will be from the Obama loving mainstream media. Throw in some major crisis and who knows where this ends up.

The U.S. has not had a budget in three years, the federal government should have been completely closed for years now, but yet it runs, bigger and more vicious than ever. Obama’s Czar’s, not the Senate confirmed cabinet members, run the Federal Government. Who controls Congress will be irrelevant. They will do what they want. What the government does not want to do, the SEIU and other union thugs will do for them. The fascist Ba'ath Party, officially the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party, has ruled Syria for 50 years like this. There are 9,000 dead already in Syria trying to overthrow the dictator Assad and 50,000 refugees who have fled to Turkey, this in a country with 1/20th the population of the U.S. Do the math yourself and project what similar numbers would be in America. The Democrat Party, with federal government backing, could do that here. We have guns you say, we won’t let them do this. But, they have guns too. The unionized state and local police forces, the military with Obama promoted officers and public teacher union indoctrinated soldiers have many more guns, bigger ones in fact. Size does matter. Do not think it can’t happen here.

But with four years of a more benign Romney/Ryan administration, constitutional conservatives will be able to get our message out. Maybe, just maybe, a true constitutional conservative will be elected as President some year. Sadly it will not be this year, likely not 2016 or even 2020 either, but someday, if we are allowed to spread our message, it could happen. Meanwhile, my contribution to Romney/Ryan will be in the mail soon and I can, despite all my conservative pro-life beliefs and Tea Party activism, can too, be labeled as a RINO (at least temporarily).
