Texas High School Students Made To Recite Mexican National Anthem, Mexican Pledge Of Allegiance
As if this nation did not have enough problems, now we learn that a high school in Texas, Achieve Early College High School, a public high school in the state of Texas. Just knowing the United States National Anthem and Pledge of Allegiance is not enough anymore, students must now learn to have a little pride for their neighbors to the south as well.
These students were forced to stand and recite these Mexican Allegiances, and the one girl who refused was forced to do another assignment. The school defends the action because it is a state requirement that all students learn a second language, but I do not think it is a requirement to force students to pledge allegiance to another country, especially during the week of the anniversary of 9/11. This also took place, funny enough, on Constitution Day, and the student, Brenda Brinsdon, made her complaints known to the school district. Her father also made complaints to the district as well, but was told this is required for the students. Watch the video and tell me what should be required in this video? read more »
Doobs, Boobs, Bums, Thugs And The Nutcake Parade.
Never before have the ultimate fruits of our Marxist-leaning public schools been put on display the way they have in these last weeks. It’s striking how much alike these Wall Street ‘occupiers’ are.
I, like most Americans who’ve taken time to listen to the choruses of unending diatribe coming from these people, notice that it’s remarkably the same screed coming from group to group, wherever these people congregate… if it can be called a message. It’s actually more of a melange of regurgitated Marxist claptrap. Right from the mouths of leftist agitators, college and university professors, even high school and grade school teachers. This is what our billions and billions of education dollars purchased.
These empty-headed, vacuous kids and not-so-kids are precisely the product the left has been after for sixty or more years. Want to see what happens when parents abrogate their responsibility to instill character? These are spoiled, for the most part privileged, brats from middle and upper-middle income groups. There are obviously others involved, aging hippies with their gray ponytails and Birkenstocks. Of course, there’s the odd admixture of dopers, dealers and anarchists as well.
Let us not forget that Barack Obama’s White House immediately jumped out to champion these ne’er-do-wells, seeking to perhaps bail some water from his sinking Titanic. Worse yet was the gaggle of DeMarxist freaks that trailed out behind him in the statist media. From Debbie (The Mouth) Wasserman Schultz to Michael (I’m filthy rich, a corporation in my own right, but I’m one of you) Moore… who it is said can clear a whole square by himself by simply walking upwind from it. read more »
A Few Facts for the Occupy Wall Street Idiots
You're protesting the wrong "Robber Barons"
You're protesting the wrong "Robber Barons"
As usual the liberal progressive socialist Marxist's have got it wrong. They are currently ranting and raving about bankers, investors, corporate CEO's, etc., who based on their performance and guidance, reap the rewards of their fiscal acumen. Most of these perceived "Robber Barons" are paid on the profitability of said corporations they run. They in essence get paid on the value of their work not the volume or lack there of like most of the unions thugs and Democratic politicians and communist idealists like the Hollywood crowd that now join their ranks.
The problem with the government educated useless idiots that "Occupy Wall Street" cannot be summed up in a few words, because they themselves, as all "useless idiots" are, are a mob with a mob mentality not a singular view point. Their anti-American progressive socialist behavior is too deeply rooted. It has been hammered into them by a corrupted education system that since the formation of the Dept. of Education by the Socialist Ruling Class Elites has focused entirely on indoctrinating this Nations youth into their dogma. They have spent the last 144 years creating it. read more »
California, You’d Better Wake Up… Soon!
So while you were California dreaming… that’s if you still had a California job, that’s if your company hasn’t had to pull up stakes and head for business-friendly territory out of the increasingly repressive governance of (Red) Jerry Brown and his equally (red) state legislature, better known, perhaps, as Ali Brownee and the sixty-seven banditos… the 43 Republicans in the legislature, for the most part, have been valiantly but largely ineffectively trying to slow the Marxist juggernaut, which with the aid and collusion of the state’s public service unions, whose collective unfunded liability to the state is in excess of 40 billion dollars, has them spending millions of dollars in an entitlement turf war of massive proportions, between the unions and the nutcase hard left that California has no lack of. Then you introduce and add up all of the minority and special privilege, er, interest groups which have always been the hallmark of the left.
Few states have felt the crippling reach of the statists more than California. You know, if you strip away the state and federal government’s figures and substitute them for actual statistics, the unemployment rate in this state is over 16%. And, as I’ve mentioned before, there are pockets of unemployment in this state approaching 40%. read more »
Video: Occuply LA speaker says violence may be needed to acheive their goals
While it shouldn't surprise anyone that liberals feel this way, it is sometimes a little bit surprising to have any of them screw up and validate what conservatives have said all along about their goals.
This video of a speaker at an Occupy LA rally says it all:
Report: White House Met With 3 Romney Advisers To Craft Obamacare
Report: White House Met With 3 Romney Advisers To Craft Obamacare
News moves fast these days, and today the Romney camp has probably felt great pride (with his establishment buddy Christie set to endorse him) and the great lows of what comes out of passing a health care plan that is holding the campaign back in the first place. NBC News is reporting that back in 2009, three former Romney aides who helped him craft Romneycare visited the White House on numerous occasions to discuss how the health care law in Massachusetts could be shaped into a national plan.
This is bad news for the Romney campaign when it was hard enough for him to explain away his actions on that legislation to begin with. This makes it that much harder for him to brush it off. read more »
The Tea Party vs. the Pot Party
The only similarity Tea Party rallies and the Occupy Wall Street protests share is that both involve humans gathered in public spaces. Other than that they have about as much in common as a Rolling Stones concert does with a public stoning.
The UK Daily Mail featured a story on the unsavory conditions at the OWS protestors’ home base in Manhattan, Zuccotti Park, including photos of one flannel-clad agitator squatting and defecating against a police car. Hmm, I think the last time that happened at a Tea Party rally was… never.
Having destroyed the park over the past three weeks by filling it with patchouli ashes and feces, the protestors traipsed north on Saturday to turn another great New York gathering space, Washington Square Park, into a public urinal.
The glaring differences between OWS and the Tea Party rallies are obvious to anyone with a functioning pair of eyes (and nostrils).
The Tea Party movement, which began around the start of Barack Obama’s presidency and built momentum during the year-long national healthcare debate, was a grassroots uprising. Across the country, people who had never been active in politics networked and gathered with concerned, like-minded citizens to demand a curb on the intrusion of federal government into our lives.
In contrast, OWS, which is a fraction of the size of the Tea Party, was instigated by an anti-consumerist Canadian magazine called Adbusters, and has seen its numbers swell via conspicuous throngs of bused-in union members, bored trust fund brats cruising for easy sex, disheveled homeless people looking for free food, and savvy criminals on the lam who understand that a crowd of ragtag bums is the perfect hiding spot for them. read more »
California Gov. Jerry Brown Outlaws Tanning Beds For Minors, Ok’s Minors To Consent To STD Treatment
California Gov. Jerry Brown Outlaws Tanning Beds For Minors
Ok For Minors To Consent To STD Treatment
I should not have to point out the humor in this, if you find humor in any of this. We all knew California was a state that pretty much marched to the beat of their own drum, but if this does not show the people that the legislature has more power than the people, I have no idea what will. read more »
It’s All He’s Got.
America’s descent into the hell that will be 2012 is upon us. Barack Hussein Obama has used up his entire bag of tricks. Actually, it’s the same trick cleverly, and not so cleverly, repackaged time and time again.
Barack Obama gave another campaign speech in the guise of a ‘press’ conference, during which he ran through the entire Marxist shopping list yet again. I heard it said that ‘he shifted abruptly to the left’. Um… no he didn’t. That would be making the assumption that he had moved from the right towards the left. Barack Hussein has never been near the center of American politics, much less the right. So we may then safely assume that Obama never does anything that is not ideologically hard left, as his performance has shown. MaoBama slogs forward, carrying the banner of communism.
That the country as a whole is adamantly rejecting Obama and his DeMarxists doesn’t seem to faze him or his party. Democrat lawmakers are running for whatever meager cover they can find, after discovering that Barack Obama’s shadow wasn’t big enough to hide behind. The light of truth has a tendency to illuminate dark places… places that these Marxist scum love to hide so that they can work their treason undetected.
Democrats are desperate, and rightly so. They have much to fear. The country is aroused as never before. The White House is in scorched-earth mode, with MaoBama and the DeMarxists sending out the word to the hard left to assail and occupy Wall Street. It’s a not altogether unexpected tactic… not if you’ve read ‘Rules for Radicals’. It’s Obama’s playbook. read more »
The Presidential Field from my point of view.
An October look at positives and negatives I see in the candidates.
It is a long way to November 2012 but here’s my early October look at the Presidential field.
President BARACK OBAMA: Like I said in a previous blog it is still his election to lose. If he plays the blame game long enough on the GOP and he keeps offering watery solutions while downplaying Republican efforts. So keep yelling into that Bullhorn Mr. President, the louder you are the better you look to your voting base.
MITT ROMNEY: Mr. Romney has the presidential "look". He is far enough from the far-right to appeal to the center but also not look appealing to much of the right. I admit my biggest issues is his constant flip flopping on past issues making him look like a people pleaser. How much can we count on him?
HERMAN CAIN: Very smart individual with an impressive resume in the business sector and offers real leadership. The main concern with Mr. Cain is he isn't a politician (also a strong point for many followers). His growing success has demanded more spotlight and will test Mr. Cain’s abilities, strength, and resolve.
RICK PERRY: I was so sold on Rick Perry when he first announced. He seemed like a strong conservative who offered a lot of executive experience and Job reaction abilities. Then I learned about the real McCoy in the debates and along with the rest of America and realized Mr. Perry is not the candidate I thought he would be. He stumbled in the debates but is not down for the count. If he wants to survive though I think he needs to reboot his campaign and angle.
NEWT GINRICH: He is starting to sell his brilliance and pick up a little steam. I'm having difficulty being sold by him though. He isn't coming off as someone I can see as president. Probably because of my first impression of him when he ripped Obama for being a part of ESPNs March Madness than Newt turned around and discussed who he thought would win the tournament. I can't take him as not being a career politician as much as I like him. read more »
