Now here's an effort I can get behind...

Having the guy in any GOP presidential debate is a complete and utter waste of time...and takes away time that could be further spent letting people hear from the serious candidates. At a minimum, future debates should have a higher criteria to get in, (how about at LEAST 5% in the polls?).

Further, the guy is not a conservative...he's a libertarian, at least in terms of philosophy and voting record. (See issues/survey graph below).

Not that that libertarians are bad...and not to say that the GOP (and conservatism) doesn't have (and benefit) from a good dose of libertarianism, (as in the smaller taxes, less government, etc..). But there are extremes, and he's found them.
