Another crack [3] in the Congressional GOP?
WASHINGTON - Senate Republican Whip Trent Lott (news [4], bio [5], voting record [6]) says Iraq [7] has until about fall before GOP members will need to see results.
Don't know where he comes up w/the fall as a deadline, but there it is. I would feel a little better if our members in Congress would simply stick to supporting our commanders in the field and keep their time-tables to themselves.
