Roland Burris poll results

In light of the recent revelation's in the ongoing Illinois senat seat fiasco, this past weeks poll asked our readers "What will happen with the Roland Burris Senate seat?".

The results?

  • Burris ignores the problem and keeps his seat: 33%

  • Illinois legislature brings him up for perjury & he beats the rap: 14%

  • Legislature brings him up for perjury and he's forced to resign: 25%

  • Burris is gone and a special election is held: GOP wins: 17%

  • Burris is gone and a special election is held: Democrat wins: 11%

So it seems a combined 47% think he's not going anywhere.  And I tend to agree.  (Remember, these people have no shame)
