Super Tuesday

It's Super-Duper-Tuesday, and pretty soon we should have a better idea of whether someone's going to be able to end the nomination battle (of either party) early, or whether it will be drawn out over the next several weeks, or even months, (pundit heaven).

Here's a look at what's up for grabs today:

Thanks to all those other states jockeying to get some of the early attention in this process, most of them have been left with little or no attention as a result. Meaning that so many states are voting on the same day, that it's impossible for all the candidates to visit them all, or for the media to shower them all with wall-to-wall coverage. Maybe some of the leaders in those states responsible for the rush to the front of the timeline will realize that and move their primaries further back next time. And maybe not. We'll see. In any event, the lack of attention most of them will get is a more fitting and ironic punishment than having the national parties take away any of their delegates.
